A 28-day New Year, New Journey Challenge This is where healthy habits are built one day at a time. We are emphasizing on core, cardio and stretching. For this challenge, the person with the highest average daily calories burned for the month and most workouts completed will receive a prize. Here are the "rules": At least 64oz of water a day Complete daily app challenge EXERCISE NO alcohol NO junk food (NO chips, cookies, candy) unless approved by coach Run/Walk - at least 15 mins everyday
