**CLASSES FOR THE NEXT WEEK OPEN EVERY FRIDAY@ 9AM** Class Policy Reminder: For all AM classes, cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM the night before to avoid a $25 late cancellation or no-show fee. (Exceptions may be made at the coach’s discretion, as morning classes are typically full or waitlisted.) If you’re on the waitlist, that means the class is currently full. If a spot opens up, the next person in line will automatically be added to the class. Once you’re moved from the waitlist, you’ll see the class appear under your upcoming bookings. If you’re unsure whether you’ve been moved from the waitlist, please feel free to reach out to Coach Nat before attending class. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Group Class Schedule: Monday = SuperNatural Lower Body 5am | 6am | 5pm | 6pm Tuesday = SuperNatural Upper Body 5am | 6am | 5pm | 6pm Wednesday = SuperNatural Core N' Cardio 5am | 6am | 5pm | 6pm Thursday = SuperNatural Lower Body 5am | 6am | 5pm | 6pm Friday = SuperNatural Full Body 5am | 6am | 530pm Saturday = SuperNatural HIIT 8am Group Training is intended for individuals who have prior training experience** If there are no registrants within 30 minutes of class start time, the class is cancelled. Please BOOK AT LEAST 30 MINS BEFORE class time! If you need to cancel please DIRECT message me after 9pm otherwise just cancel the class. No-Show/No-Cancel Policy: * A $25 charge will be applied if a member fails to attend a class without prior cancellation or notice. Gym Policy** You MUST have a no-contract gym membership to PowerHouse gym and without one you can be trespassed at any time, and forfeit the monthly training classes fee after first free trial class. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability that would limit or prevent by participation in this exercise program. In consideration of my participation of FollowNaturalFitness exercise program, I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release FNF from any claims, demands and causes of action arising from my participation in the exercise program. I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in FNF's exercise program and I hereby release FollowNaturalFitness from any liability, now or in the future, however caused, occurring during and or after my participation in the exercise program. FNF attendance / tardiness policy: By signing up, you also agree to the following: To ensure fairness and preserve the quality of our services, we are implementing new policies effective Monday, July 28,2024: 1. No-Show/No-Cancel Policy: * A $25 charge will be applied if a member fails to attend a class without prior cancellation. * Members must cancel their reservation up to 2 hours before the class starts to avoid this charge. For waitlisted or AM classes, cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM the night before. 2. Late Arrival Policy: Tardiness not only disrupts the flow of the class but also prevents latecomers from receiving proper warm-up and preparation. If you are more than 10 minutes late it will be up to the trainers’ discretion to allow someone who may be on the waitlist to join in your spot.

Additional Details

  • You must be an Inspire Gym member - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • You must scan in at front desk when you walk in the gym, whether or not an attendant is there.
  • Please make sure you are submitting progress check ins to app at least bi-weekly with weight and photos.
